Solutions

Services shaped to the way you communicate.

Numeratel does not sell fixed packages. What you receive depends on the service you ask about, the markets involved, how you intend to use it, and what is available at the time of your request. The pages below describe what each area normally covers and what we will usually need to know.

VoIP Connectivity

Flexible internet-based voice services designed around your operational and geographic requirements. Voice over Internet Protocol carries calls over a data connection rather than a traditional phone line, which is what makes routing, capacity, and coverage adjustable rather than fixed.

We look at where your calls originate and terminate, the volume and pattern you expect, and the equipment or platform on your side. From there we can say what is workable, what would need checking, and what we would not recommend.

Options vary by destination and are confirmed individually. Nothing is committed until availability and terms have been agreed in writing.

Virtual Numbers

Access number options across supported markets, subject to availability, verification, and local requirements. A virtual number is not tied to a single physical line — calls to it are delivered to the destination you configure, which can be a SIP endpoint, a platform, or another number.

Number availability is genuinely variable. Many countries restrict who may hold a number, require a local address or registered entity, or apply rules to specific number types. We check those conditions per market before confirming anything.

Numbers are provided for identified, ongoing business or project use. Numeratel does not supply numbers for anonymous use, for resale without authorization, or for circumventing verification systems operated by other services.

SIP Integration

Connect compatible systems and communication infrastructure using secure Session Initiation Protocol configurations. SIP is the signalling standard most modern phone systems use to set up and end calls; if your platform speaks it, connecting to us is usually a configuration exercise rather than a rebuild.

We work with common PBX software, softswitches, contact-centre platforms, and in-house applications. Authentication method, transport, and media handling are agreed during setup so both sides are configured consistently.

Compatibility depends on your system and configuration. We confirm the details with you before service is provisioned rather than assuming a standard setup.

Custom Requirements

Discuss specialized routing, capacity, coverage, or integration requirements directly with our team. Some requests do not fit neatly into the categories above — a specific routing behaviour, an unusual capacity profile, a market that needs checking, or an integration with an internal system.

Send the detail and we will tell you plainly whether it is something we can support, something that needs investigation, or something outside what we offer. A clear "no" early is more useful to you than a vague maybe.

Requirements are assessed individually. Availability, feasibility, and terms are confirmed as part of the review rather than promised in advance.

Scope

What we will and will not configure.

Being clear about this early saves everyone time. These conditions apply to every service on this page.

We are glad to look at

  • Identified businesses, platforms, and service providers
  • Technical teams with a described, ongoing use case
  • Individual customers who complete the applicable review
  • Requests where the intended use is explained openly
  • Requirements that need checking before we can answer

We do not provide

  • Anonymous, disposable, or short-term throwaway numbers
  • Services used to bypass verification on other platforms
  • Unlawful caller identification manipulation
  • Unlawful automated calling or unsolicited bulk campaigns
  • Onward resale or transfer without our written authorization

Descriptions on this page are general. Features, coverage, and terms are confirmed per request and are not guaranteed for every applicant. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.
